☆ TERMS OF SERVICE ☆

⸻BY ACCEPTING ARTWORK OR DESIGNS FROM ME MEANS THAT YOU MUST HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD IT.All character designs and commissioned illustrations made by m1lkt00th ( Russett ) come as "personal-use only" non-commercial materials. I, the artist, claim all of my work as my Intellectual Property and do not give permission for any of my works to be copied, sold, redistributed, edited / altered, blatantly referenced, or used without my written permission.All work and material made by Russett may not be used in any blockchain-related technology, to include NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.FEEL FREE TO PM ME ABOUT ANY QUESTIONS YOU HAVE ABOUT THIS!

PAYMENT
I- The prices for any option may vary based on complexity and the hours taken to finish the artwork.
II- I take United States Dollars (USD) through Paypal OR Kofi.
III- After payment has been sent I will send a watermarked sketch within a month. You may keep asking for WIPs and updates on the artwork after paying.
IV- I cannot offer refunds for any commission. I can edit the artwork if you are unsatisfied.
V- Once completed you will be send the finished artwork.⸻
RECEIVED ARTWORK
I- You may do whatever you like with the art; use it in your profile, repost it, whatever your heart desires. However, my watermark may not be removed, please credit back to one of my accounts when used. Do not use my art for NFTs.
II- My art is not to be used commercially, may that be in logos or in merchandise.
III- I reserve my right to refuse a commission.
IV- If you would like your commission to be kept private NOTIFY ME in your request form. I use my completed art as examples AND share them on my social media.⸻
RECEIVED DESIGNS
I- You may redesign, rename, change, do whatever with a design you have bought from me. All i ask is that credit is linked to my account for its creation.
II- Refrain from selling a character design for a higher price than the one you bought it for; unless commissioned value has been added.
III- My designs can be co-owned. I am not responsible for the complications that co-owning can cause.In the case of Toyhou.se, one or multiple profiles can be made and they must all be credited to me as the creator.

I am okay with drawing other people's ocs as surprise gifts or other, i will NOT draw gore of someone else's oc without their explicit permission, i will also NOT draw ship art without their permission aswell.
