☆ TERMS OF SERVICE ☆

⸻BY ACCEPTING ARTWORK OR DESIGNS FROM ME MEANS THAT YOU MUST HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD IT.All character designs and commissioned illustrations made by m1lkt00th ( Russett ) come as "personal-use only" non-commercial materials. I, the artist, claim all of my work as my Intellectual Property and do not give permission for any of my works to be copied, sold, redistributed, edited / altered, blatantly referenced, or used without my written permission.All work and material made by Russett may not be used in any blockchain-related technology, to include NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.FEEL FREE TO PM ME ABOUT ANY QUESTIONS YOU HAVE ABOUT THIS!

PAYMENT
I- I take United States Dollars (USD) through Paypal and Kofi
II- I will send you a watermarked sketch then ask for payment (half of the total amount). If i do not receive payment within 48 hours, I will cancel the commission and you cannot use the sketch. You may keep asking for WIPs and updates on the artwork after paying.
III- I cannot refund a completed commission. I can edit or re-do the artwork if you are unsatisfied
IV- Once completed the watermark will not be removed
V- The rest of the payment should be sent before I give you a version of the artwork with a smaller watermark⸻
RECEIVED ARTWORK
I- You may do whatever you like with the art, use it in your profile, repost it, whatever your heart desires. However, my watermark may not be removed, please credit back to one of my accounts when used. Do not use my art as NFTs.
II- My art is not to be used commercially, may that be in logos or in merchandise.
III- I reserve my right to refuse a commission based on any factors that may affect the productivity.
IV- I will use any artwork i create as examples for my work, please notify me if you do not want this to occur.⸻
RECEIVED DESIGNS
I- You may redesign, rename, change, do whatever with a design you have bought from me, all i ask is that credit is kept to my account for its creation.
II- You may not sell a character for a higher price compared to the one you bought it for unless comissioned value is added.
III- My designs can be co-owned, I am not responsible for the complications that co-owning can cause.
In the case of Toyhouse, one or multiple profiles can be made and they must all be credited to me as the creator.

I am okay with drawing other people's ocs as surprise gifts or other, i will NOT draw gore of someone else's oc without their explicit permission, i will also NOT draw ship art without their permission aswell.

PLEASE be as SPECIFIC as possible! Would you like a transparent background or not? Will the character be in a specific pose? If you are not clear with what you want i will take artistic liberty with the drawing!
